
Returns Policy
Although we hope that you love the items you order, we understand that sometimes
you may wish to return some items. If for any reason they are not suitable you
may return them for a refund or exchange (sale items may be returned for an
exchange only).
However to qualify we require that you return new & unused goods to us undamaged
within 7 days of receipt, with the original packaging & labelling attached &
showing no signs of having been worn. New & unused means that there are no marks
on the items or any wear on the tags. Claire Wilson is not responsible for any
items that are not returned in the required manner set out above.
Step by Step Returns Policy
• Please contact us by telephone or email before posting any
items & we will give you a reference code.
• Write this reference code on the pink invoice received with your order &
clearly mark the items you are returning & whether you require an exchange or
refund.
• Package items carefully & securely, we cannot be responsible for items that
are damaged in the post. Post the package to Claire Wilson Ltd, 274 Sharrow Vale
Road, Sheffield S11 8ZH. Always retain your proof of postage. Goods are returned
at your own expense.
• We will email you to say we have received the items & that your return is
being processed.
• You will receive an exchange within 2-7 days or a refund within 5-10 days of
us receiving the items.
